Communication Information: When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your messages.

Transaction Information: If you make a purchase, we collect payment information, billing address, and transaction history. Payment card details are processed exclusively by our payment provider (Stripe) and are never stored by Irvito.

Account Settings: Information you voluntarily provide in your account profile, preferences, and settings.

2.2 Google Workspace Add-On Data

Document and Spreadsheet Content: When you use our Google Workspace add-ons, we may access the content of your active files (including Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Forms) solely to provide the functionality you request. This access is limited to files you explicitly open an add-on within, and only for the duration of that operation.

Google Account Information: When you authorize our add-ons, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, and basic profile information from Google’s authentication system.

Add-on Usage Data: Information about which add-ons you use, frequency of use, and features accessed.

File Metadata: The names and properties of files where you use our add-ons.

2.3 Quota and Subscription Data

Some of our add-ons operate on a free/premium tier model. To enforce usage limits and manage subscriptions, we transmit your Google account email address and a time-limited identity token to our backend service. This data is used solely for quota tracking and subscription management. Document or file content is never transmitted to Irvito servers as part of this process.

Device Information: Browser type, IP address, operating system, and device identifiers.

Usage Information: Pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, and referring/exit pages.

Location Information: Approximate location based on IP address.
